From breathwork & journaling, to getting massages (aka the art of paying someone to rub your stress away) and taking baths as well as activities like dry-brushing or even binge-watching your favourite tv show (GUILT FREE). Only when we’ve put our body in a “rest & digest” state can we truly understand our bodies and its needs better. Remember, you can’t pour a from an empty cup. So let’s work on filling yours.
