At Innately Serena, we focus on two types of connection the first mind and body, the second, community. You will learn how your physical body’s functions influence your thoughts and feelings as much as your thoughts and feelings impact your physiology. Have you ever felt nauseas before an important meeting, or extremely energised after a workout? Then you’ve experienced the mind-body connection. We also focus on nurturing your relationships with your loved ones and cultivating a sense of purpose.
